No Liability: You agree not to hold Nootrex LLC, its directors, employees, partners, affiliates, or agents liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Nootrex has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the information or products provided. Amendments and Modifications: Nootrex reserves the right to amend or modify this Agreement at any time, and such amendments or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nootrex LLC operates, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of this Agreement remain in full force and effect. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Nootrex LLC regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether written or oral.
